Liam Hemsworth seems to have his hands full after a bout at the gym — and we don’t mean with Miley! Ha!
We’re not even sure what all he’s carrying there — we can pick out his shoes, maybe a small protein drink. The other stuff is a MYSTERY!
Nothing hotter than a mysterious man! Right? LOLz!
The gym certainly does Liam’s body good! We hope he keeps it up!
