The 16-year-old was in a charitable spirit at the Children Mending Hearts event in Beverly Hills on Sunday, looking charming in a floral print Tory Burch dress and wedge t-strap sandals.
As usual, her long, thick hair was down and slightly curled, and the makeup was appropriately minimal.
She ALWAYS hits the right note!
