It looks like new life has been breathed into Tim Tebow‘s NFL career!
According to sources, the former Heisman Trophy winner will be taking his talents to Boston as he’s ready to sign a deal with the New England Patriots after it looked like his career was done for good!!
Timmy was understandably upset after he signed with the New York Jets last year and saw pretty much NO playing time even though he was told he would be competing for the starting job with Mark Sanchez!
The move is a bit puzzling for both sides though, considering the Patriots have one of the BEST (and sexiest) quarterbacks in the league in Tom Brady and Tebow will most likely continue to ride the bench.
In fact, it’s not even guaranteed that he’ll be the backup as he’ll be competing with Ryan Mallett for the number 2 spot. However, we’re guessing Bill Belichick has a trick up his sleeve if he went out of his way to sign him!
Regardless of what happens, we’re sure Tim is just happy to be on a team as it looked like his NFL days were coming dangerously close to an end, but now he lives to fight another day!
