It’s like people are just looking for football players to mess up these days!
Ryan Mathews of the San Diego Chargers was rumored to be involved in a bar fight Sunday night in the city’s Gaslamp district.
FALSE!
The running back was NOT a part of the incident, according to the SDPD. A confused Mathews also tweeted:

Good! We’ve had our share of NFL arrests recently thanks to Aaron Hernandez and Adam “Pacman” Jones.
