Her emerald Elie Saab gown was perfectly suited for her age, and only added to her tremendous grace and poise.

Helen completed her look with David Webb coral jewels and a gold Elie Saab clutch, but it was her shoes that had everyone talking.

Hiding under the 67-year-old’s frock were platform lucite STRIPPER HEELS!!!

And here we thought we couldn’t love her anymore than we already did.
