Jake Gyllenhaal Won't Be Marching Into The Woods; To Star In Nightcrawler Instead!

No more Prince Jake.

Yep, that’s right, Perezcious readers. Jake Gyllenhaal has pulled out of Disney’s upcoming musical flick, Into The Woods, much to our chagrin.

The Broadway-to-film adaptation, as directed by the HIGHlarious Rob Marshall, was set to include the actor as Rapunzel’s Prince; however, plans have been foiled now that Jake’s indie flick, Nightcrawler, has been greenlit for production.

While we were particularly looking forward to watching him put his vocal chops to good use, we’re totes excited to see the hunky star in his upcoming thriller!
