UPDATE: 12:14 P.M. PST: Megan Thee Stallion is going to be okay! A rep for the rapper informed TMZ on Wednesday she was diagnosed with extreme exhaustion, dehydration, vasoconstriction, and low metabolic levels. However, she was treated and has already been discharged, and is now healing up at home!
However, the 31-year-old has decided to sit out Wednesday’s performances and return to the musical stage on Thursday to allow herself a full day of recovery. The rep noted she’s extremely thankful for all the support and well wishes!
The performer even reassured fans with her own Instagram post, sharing candidly:
“Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough. It honestly scared me. I thought I was gonna faint on stage, I really tried to push through my performance but I just couldn’t. Hotties I wanna be real with y’all because you mean everything to me and I hate letting yall down. I just need one day to rest, reset, and take care of myself the way I should have been..I’ll be right back on that stage Thursday, stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve. Thank you for always riding with me and loving me through everything”

Oh no, Megan Thee Stallion!
The rapper made her Broadway debut with Moulin Rouge! The Musical just last week, but things are already going awry. Mid-performance on Tuesday night, she got super sick and had to be rushed offstage and straight to the hospital. OMG!
A rep for her told TMZ:
“During Tuesday night’s production, Megan started feeling very ill and was promptly transported to a local hospital, where her symptoms are currently being evaluated. We will share additional updates as more information becomes available.”

Audience members took to social media to share that the show started normally and Megan was included in the big numbers, but all of a sudden, the show stopped, and she did not return! So far, we don’t have any other info from her camp directly, but the New York City Fire Department told the outlet they responded to the theater after they got word someone was having trouble breathing. Yikes.
In the meantime, hairstylist Kellon Deryck has gone on X (Twitter) and asked for prayers. He wrote on Tuesday night:
