There’s probably nothing worse that spending your birthday in a hospital! You should be out eating as much ice cream as possible, going down water slides, and riding go-carts!
For Nelson Mandela, we wish he could be doing those things. Instead, he hit his 95th birthday on the 41st day in the hospital. His condition has NOT made significant improvements, but has improved little by little.
Looking at the positive side of things, though, the day also marked 15 years of marriage to his wife Graca Machel!
We love that not only does Nelson seem to be holding on strong, but his family as well! Nothing about his situation can be easy for her too, but we still congratulate her on such a long and happy marriage!
Regardless of his health and location, we want to wish the historical leader a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 95 is an amazing achievement!
