Bethenny Frankel is offering a “confusing” update on her health.
On Monday, the Real Housewives of New York alum got on Instagram to lead a candid health conversation. In a selfie video, the 55-year-old reluctantly told followers about a “medical community” she recently joined:
“I really don’t want to tell you this, but I have to tell you this, because it could help one of you or several of you. I joined a medical community, and it has teams of doctors that sort of cross reference your markers, your labs, longevity …”
She compared it to the Mayo Clinic “at home,” and assured the community is not made up of “B.S. vanity concierge doctors,” but that it’s “very, very legitimate.” She dished:
“They look at supplements you’re taking. People may say they’re great, but maybe they’re not great for you.”
The reality TV star went on to reveal the team of doctors informed her hat she had been “misdiagnosed with something pretty major.” Bethenny didn’t reveal what exactly she’d been misdiagnosed with, but revealed “they are pretty resolved.”

The mom-of-one went on to implore followers to “be thorough” with health checkups and advised them against “believing” everything they read online or on ChatGPT.
After the misdiagnosis was revealed, Bethenny said she felt “sort of confused” because she was “was operating with the idea” that she had the mystery ailment:
“I don’t wanna throw anybody under the bus. I tried to do the right thing, and it’s very confusing.”
She added:
“I just think that there’s nothing we should be more thorough about than our medical care or our health.”
She captioned the post:

As we noted, it’s not clear what Bethenny was “misdiagnosed” with here. However, back in January, she notably revealed she had been diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease.
