The Stars Dance singer stepped out of a black SUV with her luscious, black hair covering her face Cousin IT style, and lost balance while picking up a fallen lip gloss!
Despite the disheveled appearance, Selena still greeted waiting fans and apologized for being so drunk tired!
The recent b-day girl celebrated on Monday with drinks and dinner at Bagatelle in West Hollywood, then jetted off to New York for press and a GMA concert in Central Park!
So was she tired from a west coast flight? Or did she have one too many airport beers?! Psht, who cares either way!
Selly is newly 21, after all!
