Battle of the reigning Young Adult Queens!
Now that Shailene Woodley has taken over the role of Tris in the latest YA-trilogy-turned-movie-blockbuster, Divergent, there have been MANY comparisons of her and Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence.
Despite the questionable competition the fandoms have been perpetuating, it seems some would like to see the two ladies team up as BFFs! After all, JLaw did give Shailene some advice on her new role.
That said, the Spectacular Now actress said in a recent interview that she’s worried revealing the advice to the public might have put things off to a rocky start:
├óΓé¼┬¥I’m so worried that [Jennifer├óΓé¼Γäós] going to hate me for saying that.├óΓé¼┬¥
We doubt it. As for the fan’s urging of their best friendship, the actress said:
├óΓé¼┬¥Do they want that? …I think people invite themselves into other peoples personal business [laughs]. To be frank. I would love to get to know Jen, but I have never even met her. She just gave me some really cool advice.├óΓé¼┬¥
We have to admit, we wouldn’t mind some Taylor and Selena-like Vine videos from these two!
