Jennifer Koczan of South Bend, Indiana had her dog Sasha stolen from her home back in 2008.
She never expected to see her poor pup again.
Though we bet she even less expected to get a phone call from an animal shelter in Phoenix, Arizona, saying they had her dog!!
The crazy thing is, Jennifer only had 5 days to retrieve her dog before she was put down!!
So she got some friends in Arizona to grab her pup and then contacted Kindred Hearts Transport Connection (KHTC) to get her dog back.
KHTC is a nationwide organization that helps move pets across the country.
Cut to 17 drivers and 24 stops later, her doggy was back home with her!!
Ahmayzing! They were reunited and fell right back into their old routine!!
