But now, in a new interview with Fashion magazine, Mileybird is confessing the Blurred Lines booty-quake was even naughtier than we thought!
According to the Wrecking Ball singer, the scandalous duet was originally turn’t up a notch—that is, until MTV network execs. stepped in to put out some of the seksi on-stage fire!
Miles explains:
“I was trying to slap Robin’s ass but no one saw it! Believe me! MTV edited so much. They cut almost everything I did.”
Regardless of the shock factor the epic moment created, Miley is 100% happy with the show:
“I feel like music is really stale right now. I could have guessed what a lot of artists would have done that night. The reaction to what I did has been insane. I think it was a breath of fresh air! For the people that don’t get it, you weren’t meant to.”
