Despite multiple accusations of disturbing his peaceful Calabasas hood, cases against JB alleging that he launched a loogie on his neighbor AND enjoyed a reckless joy ride in his quiet gated community have been thrown out!!!
While the supposed victim of Bieby’s rogue saliva saved ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ yes, SAVED├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ Justin’s drool for evidence, it still wasn’t enough to prosecute the pop superstar.
But how could charges be dismissedwhen the evidence was so clear (get it??)?
In the end, the D.A. explained it was just a case of he said, she said AND Biebs insisted their was no such spitting spat!
HOWEVER, the attorney did point the finger at the singer for being “disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat,” when he reportedly told his neighbor, “I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f**king kill you.”
OOOoo! Name calling will totez get through to an uber famous, loaded rebel! HA!
In regard to the speeding allegations?? Tapes proved that Justin wasn’t even IN his Ferrari during the reckless outing AND Tyler, The Creator already admitted he was behind the wheel.
Hmmmmm…
As much as we’d like to see Biebs get a nice spanking for his naughty behavior, this all sounds legitimate to us!
