Nicole Richie was in a celebratory mood at Who What Wear and Cadillac‘s 50 Most Stylish Women of 2013 event at the London Hotel in West Hollywood on Thursday night.
As the event’s host, the celebutante brought the whimsy in a fringed and sequined plunging dress worn over leather skinnies and topped off with a lace cat-ear headpiece.
It’s like if Catwoman dressed up as a flapper! Or a flapper dressed up as Catwoman! Or, you know, Nicole dressed up as both.
