Penn was seen lounging about with some very hipster-looking friends in Echo Park in El Lay. Clearly enjoying the sunshine, Penn was shirtless and nonchalantly flaunting his HAWT bod.
We guess Dan Humphrey has been working out a lot, seeing as he no longer needs to be Gossip Girl!
Penn must be enjoying his time off at the moment since he’s been working like CRAZAY. He’s been a busy busy bee while filming Cymbeline with 50 Shades of Grey‘s main bondage gal Miz Dakota Johnson!

Though we did notice Zoe Kravitz is missing from this scene, maybe that reconciliation was just a hoax?
Well, that or Penn was enjoying a boys day out at the park!!
Either way, we just ask that you continue to do things shirtless.
