Katie Couric, we think you’ll be hearing from Mrs. Cannon Mariah Carey soon about one awkward seating arrangement!
Nick Cannon had a cringeworthy encounter with his ex-fiancé on the set of Katie while promoting his new reality show Real Husbands of Hollywood!
The host of America’s Got Talent tried to clear up the air with a hug and explanation, saying:

“So we’ll just clear this all up. We used to be engaged, so it’s not an awkward moment. They’re [Nelly and Boris Kodjoe] laughing that we’re sitting next to each other. But we’re cool. We’re friends.”

Right, because Selita Ebanks reaction totally screams BFFs!! Lolz!
While Mariah may say she doesn’t “care” about what her hubby does in a recent interview, maybe this little run-in will bring out a little green monster in her??
But we highly doubt it, what does The Art of Letting Go singer have to be jelly about?
She has a wonderful hubby and adorable kiddies!
