Chris Brown Is Still In Rehab, But Moved To Outpatient Care For Required Community Service!

Despite what the Twitterverse may think, Chris Brown is still in rehab – officially moving on to outpatient care as of this week!
The Internet went a’ blaze when a fan snapped a pic of the Don’t Judge Me singer (who was supposed to be in an inpatient Malibu center) stopping for a bite to eat in El Lay on Wednesday!
Despite the #backlash, Chris’ rep insists he’s absolutely still in treatment and must complete additional hours of community service from the Rihanna assault case, starting now:

“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.”

Chris decided to voluntarily check himself into rehab to deal with some personal issues on October 29th, which came on the heels of an arrest for allegedly assaulting another man outside the W Hotel in Washington, D.C.!
This guy has so much talent, he just needs to get his act together ASAP!
