Gone but certainly not forgotten.
There hasn’t been a bad word uttered by anyone who has ever worked with Paul Walker since his untimely death on Saturday. His Fast & Furious 6 co-star Luke Evans is the latest actor to publicly remember Paul as being someone special.
While walking into the premiere of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug last night, Luke stopped to speak about losing his friend and gave an example of what made Paul such a stand out guy. He explained:
“He was just a really down to earth, cool guy. He was warm, just very kind. You know, I was the new boy on the set. He didn’t have to have much to do with me but he always took time to come over, give me a hug, have a chat. He was that kind of guy.├óΓé¼┬¥
To hear from so many how kind Paul always was makes his death just that more tragic. We lost a good one, for sure.
Before Luke left the red carpet, he turned and told reporters:
“Tonight, my performance is dedicated to him.”
Our hearts go out to all of those who knew and loved Paul.
