Oprah surely just added her recently announced SAG award nom to her Favorite Things list, as she gushed in a new interview about how excited she is to be considered:
“For someone who was trying not to embarrass myself, it is amazing. The best part is it is a jury of your peers. It’s people who do this for a living├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥don’t make me cry now!├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥It’s people who do this for a living saying we’re going to give you a vote. We think what you did deserves this.”
Oprah, we think it’s pretty AH-Mazing too, and we believe that your nom should turn into a nod at the awards ceremony!
You deserve it! The Screen Actors Guild made a pretty SAGE call in putting you up for your great work in The Butler!
Heck, you should receive an award for every life-changing one-on-one interview you have!
