Jeremy Piven is still full of shit mercury.
As the Pivert was pAArtying it up post-Globes, he managed to play it glib when the inevitable topic of poisoning came up.
He said, “I was so sick for most of the run of the show. Some days I would sleep right until the time I had to go to the theater. I didn├óΓé¼Γäót know what was wrong with me. I was exhausted. Finally, I went to a doctor at Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut just so it wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót turn into a circus. He said, ‘you├óΓé¼Γäóve got to stop working.’ My heart rate was 47. My mercury level was off the charts. I hadn├óΓé¼Γäót had a real break in 20 years of acting.” Blah blah blah…oh poor Pivert.
He even had nice things to say about Speed the Plow playwright David Mamet, who joked that Piven had left the production to “become a thermometer.” The Pivert said, “What do you expect? He├óΓé¼Γäós a great writer.”
Know what else makes you exhausted? Staying up into the wee hours pAAArtying and sending mass text messages to desperate hos!
