Stranger danger does NOT apply to these folks!
When an 11-year-old was spotted in Oslo, Norway, shivering without a jacket during a frigid day — two or three folks either didn’t notice or ignored the child.
But most of the good men and women not only spotted the little guy, but gave him articles of their own clothing!
Afterwards it was revealed that the little guy was put there as a stunt by the Norwegian charity SOS Children’s Village to raise awareness for the children refugees of Syria.
The charity said in a statement:
“People should care as much about children in Syria as they care about this boy.”
That’s definitely a good point!
As for the video – the music’s a little manipulative, and you’re definitely going to want to enable the captions unless you speak Norwegian, but otherwise this is an amazing video that showcases the good that resides in every person!
As long as we take a minute to stop and examine our surroundings!
