In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, SJP actually admitted that the popular women in our culture today are “pretty unfriendly to one another.”
Whoa! Those be fighting words!
But who could she possibly be talking about?? We know it’s not Jennifer Lawrence! Helloooo, remember them bonding over SJP’s ferosh hat at the Met Gala?
Well, it sounds like she actually thinks the women of reality TV and other pop culture figures of today are the mean girls as she said:
“I think so much reality television – and the women that dominate culture today – are pretty unfriendly towards one another. They use language that’s really objectionable and cruel and not supportive ├óΓé¼┬ª I like to remember that Carrie and the other women in Sex and the City were really nice to each other. That was the bigger picture.”
Uh, but Carrie and her gal pals were just TV characters???
The real question is whether or not SJP got along with her SATC castmates!
Well, considering there is talk of a third movie, we’re guessing they were BFF status. And we’re sure there are ladiez in Hollywood who could learn a thing or two from that!
