Kristen Bell Fails To Impress With Her Dress Once Again! When Will She Bring It?!

We really wish Kristen Bell was having a better run on the red carpet for her Veronica Mars promo!
Sadly, she hasn’t really wowed us with any of her looks!
During a visit to SiriusXM studios in NYC yesterday, the actress chose another rather shapeless and humdrum ensem.
Her Elizabeth & James circle skirt and leather top were interesting to look at, but overall there was definitely a spark missing.
We hope she brings out some color or glitter at her next appearance!
