Z.O.M.G. ZOMG. This is TERRIBLE!
Comedian Ari Teman decided to use AirBnB to rent his pricey Manhattan apartment for the weekend to get some extra cash but what he got instead was absolutely AWFUL!
Ari handed the keys to his place to “David” (who was a reviewed & approved tenant on the popular service BTW) and when he stopped by the place just after making the exchange, Ari was given with a nasty shock.
His apartment was swarmed with “18 large, heavyset men and women,” who were in various states of undress, taking apart his furniture and throwing it in a dark alley to make room for the “BBW Panty Raid Party” that was in the process of being shut down.
What the mother effing SHIZ.
Ari took to Twitter to let AirBnB know he was not happy with what was going down, literally, in his apartment.
He said:
@bchesky @airbnb you sent an "XXX Freak Fest" into my apt. $67k+ in damages. Call me now. Fix this today. Had to call NYPD. Emailed you.

Apparently, “David” had emailed Ari about renting his place and said that his brother & sister-in-law were staying there for a wedding, not that a “XXX Freak Fest,” as he’s been calling it, would be taking place!
AWKWARD!
Not only is this a scarring experience for the comedian, but they caused a HUGE amount of damages AND now hundreds of people know where he lives!!
Totally unsafe for him!!!!
And the worst part of this whole thing is that, apparently, Ari is being EVICTED from his building because of this!
So, so terrible!!!
Being a comedian, however, he seems to be taking it all in stride and posted a HIGHlarious new slogan he thinks should be adopted.

At least he’s still got his humor!
Though, reportedly, AirBnB has agreed to pay $23,817 in damages to Ari, so thank goodness for that!
