Croatian Constitutional Court Decides Child Vaccination Is MANDATORY! Were They Right?? Get The Controversial Details HERE!

croatian constitutional court decides children vaccinations mandatory
We have a feeling there’s going to be a big divide of opinion on this!
The Croatian Constitutional Court has rejected a proposal that it is a parents’ right to vaccinate their child, and has upheld the country’s Ministry of Health’s decision that “the child’s right to health [is more important] over the rights of parents to the (wrong) choice.”
A public debate is expected to go down sometime on the controversial topic, but the Croatian Institute for Public Health hopes to implement the rule as soon as possible!
There are many non-fans of the ruling including the head of the Croatian Association for Patients’ Rights who said in a statement:

“The Constitutional Court’s decision was based on assumptions about the harmfulness of vaccination, and on important issues, such as non-compliance with international conventions, has not been decided. The Constitutional Court of the Convention on the Rights of the Child has interpreted otherwise than in developed countries. There are many arguments. We are fighting to prove that violates constitutional human rights. The decision is to the detriment of citizens and all of us.”

Unvaccinated children may be refused to enter kindergarden and school if they are not vaccinated, to ‘protect the herd,’ which is a very legitimate concern!
This is a pretty extreme ruling, but Croatia isn’t the first country to rule that children must have mandatory vaccinations.
It’s obvious that their court ruling has the country’s children in mind, but is it right to make it mandatory?
It’s a very difficult question!
