Brett Ratner (remember that guy who said rehearsing was for “f*gs?) and his firm RatPac Entertainment have purchased the film rights to the book Finding Winnie, which tells the actual story of the creation of Winnie the Pooh and about how one actual bear inspired a literary masterpiece!
Hmm good thing we don’t see any Heffalumps or Woozles, because now at least we know we’re not dreaming!
Unfortunately, the BOOK isn’t even set to hit shelves until 2015! Oh bother! We have to wait until then to read it?!
Brett and his partners are already on the hunt for others to develop this story right, so it might be a while until we see Finding Winnie up on the screen.
This news totally gives us some 100 Acre Wood in our pants!
