This somber realization sounds straight out of a It’s A Wonderful Life.
We reported earlier that Mickey Rooney only had about $18,000 when he died, but according to a source, he may be worth more dead than alive.
According to this insider, Mickey’s stepson Mark could stand to make millions through endorsement deals:
“Mickey named his stepson, Mark, along with his wife as the sole beneficiaries of his estate…This includes using Mickey├óΓé¼Γäós name and/or likeness in the future. In Mickey├óΓé¼Γäós will, he specifically stated that no one from his family, including wife Jan, or any of his eight children, could profit off his name. This was left to Mark…Although Mark isn├óΓé¼Γäót currently seeking endorsement deals or possible products to align Mickey├óΓé¼Γäós name to at this point, it├óΓé¼Γäós something that will definitely be looked into.”
We’re glad to hear that Mickey, despite his financial woes, was really worth millions. The man was a living legend and he will be dearly missed.
From what we hear also, Mark had been taking care of Mickey at the time of his death. So what do you think of this?
