Jay Z‘s former business associate Dwayne Walker sued Hova back in 2012, claiming that he designed the logo for Roc-A-Fella Records, and that he was owed $7 million in royalties.

Now, in 2014, the case continues on and now Dwayne’s attorney is claiming that Jay is guilty of using ├óΓé¼┼ôunprofessional conduct├óΓé¼┬¥ meant to ├óΓé¼┼ômislead├óΓé¼┬¥ and ├óΓé¼┼ôharass├óΓé¼┬¥ Dwayne to increase the cost of litigation!
According to new court documents, Dwayne’s attorney is moving the court to impose sanctions on Jay Z so that he’ll have to pay ├óΓé¼┼ôreasonable attorney├óΓé¼Γäós fees and expenses, and a penalty to the court to end this misleading and wasteful conduct.├óΓé¼┬¥
In addition, Jay Z’s side allegedly refuses to cooperate in a joint report, has switched around the schedule based on Jay’s schedule, and won’t agree to settling the case in a timely manner.
Meanwhile, Jay Z’s attorneys have said that they have considered an earlier settlement offer, but do not foresee the case being resolved promptly.
