Looks like this chanteuse’s album chart sales might be a little more elusive than previously predicted!
According to current projections, it is guesstimated that by Sunday, Mariah Carey‘s 11th regular studio album Me. I Am Mariah├óΓé¼┬ª The Elusive Chanteuse will have only sold roughly 55,000 copies in its first week, which will make it Mariah’s lowest debut since Nielsen SoundScan started tracking music sales in 1991.
Her previous low was her last album in 2009, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel, which sold only 168,000 copies in the initial 7 days.
Well, here’s hoping these next few days prove to be more lucrative for her!
