Whoo! America’s wang is one step closer to getting the gay loving it needs!
Thanks to a judge in the Key West, Florida’s same sex ban has been overturned!
Monroe County Circuit Judge Luis Garcia ruled on Thursday that a gay couple must be allowed to wed, and will be issued licenses on Tuesday!
Aaron Huntsman and William Lee Jones, who have been together for over eleven years, sued for their right to a marriage license.
Judge Garcia’s ruling flies in the face of Florida’s 2008 Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage, but unfortunately it only affects Monroe County- in other words, the Florida Keys.
Well, we all know how “just the tip” ends! Get ready for the future, Florida!
