This is just awful!!!
Kate Gosselin has been in the news for almost all bad reasons lately, and this is just adding onto the pile.
The Jon & Kate Plus Eight star is the subject of a new tell-all by author Robert Hoffman, who got ahold of some of the mother’s more unflattering moments. Like the time she used the r-word in an email!
Hoffman explains that in an email forwarded by Jon Gosselin, to his ex-wife, from an organization, Kate used some very offensive language toward the group! Hoffman explained:
“On December 31, 2006, Jon forwarded Kate an email that he had received the day before from the coordinator of something called the ‘MOST’ forum. (MOST stands for Mothers of Supertwins.) The forum coordinator, ‘Patti T,’ asked Jon if he would post something to introduce himself and his family on the forum. It is not clear why Patti T’s email annoyed Kate, but her curt response to Jon about it is offensive. Kate said, ‘These people are retarded!’”
Just FYI, using the r-word is NEVER okay!
In response, the Special Olympics gave out their general statement about the issue, saying:
“We’re always saddened and disappointed when we hear people using the R-word. We encourage people to go to R-word.org and take the pledge. It’s important because it’s respect toward everyone.”
We also encourage everyone to never use that word ever! Why would you in the first place!?
Hopefully, since that happened back in 2006, Kate has learned her lesson and no longer uses that awful term.
