When ladies go for an edgy look, it can sometimes go over the edge!
Luckily, Kelly Osbourne took things just far enough for the Young Hollywood Awards.
She fluffed up her hair to pure perfection. It might seem like a bit too much for some, but it fits Kelly’s style and personality just right.
And we adore that she chose a somewhat simple outfit to pair it with, as she wore a white mini dress with a neutral tone geometric print.
She finished off the look with classic black pumps, and she’s getting thumbs up all around!
