Penelope Cruz! It’s been a while!
The actress covers the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar in a Christian Dior dress that has been quietly making the rounds at a ton of other magazines.
When fashion people see a piece they really like, they insist on shoving it down everyone’s throats! Ha!
Really, though, we love the dress and Penelope looks like an irresistible temptress in it.
But she’s not the only one to boast a Harper’s Bazaar cover this month! Supermodel Linda Evangelista also fronts the mag in a thickly layered Comme des Garcons number.
And there’s more supermodels where that came from — Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour, and Gigi Hadid make an appearance in the spread!
