This Dad And Son Got Creative With Food, Puns, And States! See What We Mean HERE!

We LOVE this creative team!
Chris Durso, the founder of the food culture site Foodiggity, has a brilliant partner for his latest project! And it just so happens that his partner slash 8-year-old son Cameron was the one who came up with the idea!
The father and son are working on a project called The Foodnited States of America and it features photos of states shaped like food that they share on Instagram with a fun creative twist!
The twist is that they come up with pun names for the foods that are shaped like some of the states!
Here’s what Chris Durso said about the project:

“He’s always trying to come up with ideas for me. One day he asked, ‘Dad, what if you did states shaped like food?’ This has been done quite a bit already, so it wasn’t until he added, ‘…but what if they had funny names like “New Pork?’ Then I knew we were onto something.”

As for how the two come up with these brilliant puns, Chris said:

“Most just sort of flow. You say a state, and an appropriate pun appears fairly quickly. If the states and food are already synonymous with each other it’s a bonus.”

We LOVE this project, but not as much as we love the teamwork that this father-son duo are exhibiting!
Chris is really teaching his son that creative spirit, and that kind of learning is invaluable!
