Well, not every 17-year-old gets to say they spent their birthday at the Teen Choice Awards.
But Kylie Jenner sure does!
The birthday girl arrived at the show, not exactly wearing all black, but close to it! She rocked a knit crop top with a sheer and printed asymmetrical hem skirt, plus lace up sandals.
Looks like her style isn’t changing too much with her older age, which isn’t a bad thing, though were hoping for a bit more glamour!

P.S. The birthday girl also decided to shave part of her head today, posting, “”I shaved the back of my head for my birthday. I was just doing my hair and I was like: ├óΓé¼╦£Why not shave the back of my head?'”
