Stephanie Meyer has introduced ‘The Storytellers: New Voices of the Twilight Saga’ to the world, which is a project that will open the doors to five aspiring women directors to create short films based on the characters!
So, does this mean we’ll see Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Nikki Reed and more return as their iconic characters in these short films?

Sadly, no. BUT KStew is totally involved! She’s gonna be one of he judges…
Along with Stephanie, Kate Winslet, Octavia Spencer, Julie Bowen, first Twilight film director Catherine Hardwicke, film producer Cathy Schulman, and Frozen director Jennifer Lee!
Quite an impressive group of people, eh?!
Oh, and the films will EXCLUSIVELY premiere on Facebook! Not in the theaters or anything!

On the announcement, Stephanie said:
‘The female voice is something that has become more and more important to me as I’ve worked in the film industry.’
So what better way to bring the female voice empowerment than by telling Twilight stories!
