It’s almost unheard of for a show to come back to TV after cancellation, much less after 25 years off the air! But that’s exactly what’s happening to cult classic Twin Peaks!

In a new deal announced by show co-creator Mark Frost, Showtime will soon air the original series followed by brand new episodes in 2016! Frost said:
“This show is a kind of thanks to all of the incredibly passionate fans we’ve had over the years that have kept the show alive and passed it down to the next generation. We’ve been lucky enough to have one of the coolest, most intelligent, most inquisitive group of people attracted to our show. We’re happy for them that the show is coming back.”
Amazing! Some of your favorite characters from the strangest town on TV are coming back!
