What have we done to deserve so many awesome Anne Hathaway photo shoots???
About a week ago, she was the femme fatale to beat on the cover of Elle UK, and now she’s basically naked except for a beaded heart on her chest for the November issue of Harper’s Bazaar!
It’s a veritable Hathafeast!

And the spread itself is just great, though it seems more suited for Valentine’s Day with all the hearts and lips and bright red colors everywhere. We’re especially fond of the image featuring a plush pair of lips above Annie’s head!
Another shot of her blowing a kiss at an abstract sculpture of two people kissing is kind of random, but whatever.
All the sexy cut-out dresses make up for it!
The actress also has tons to say about fashion, particularly Oscar Dressgate and how she was forced to settle on her pink Prada gown at the last minute!
She said:
“I found a dress, like a month before. It was the most beautiful, reflective, shimmery dress├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥rainbows were going to dance off me.”
But when a stylist called to say that the dress Annie picked had already been worn, the actress had to change tactics, so she chose a Valentino gown. She said:
“I love the house, and he’s my buddy. One of my favorite people in the entire world. It all made sense.”
Unfortunately, that dress also had to be changed when Anne discovered that Amanda Seyfried had a very similar Alexander McQueen dress chose for the Oscars. Anne explained:
“And it’s a lilac version of my dress. Two completely different designers. [The night before the Oscars] I didn’t have a friggin’ dress, which I normally wouldn’t care about ├óΓé¼┬ªBut I really needed a dress, and everybody hates me, and I just really needed a dress.”
When the Prada dress arrived the morning of the Oscars, Anne was elated:
“I was like, ‘Wow! I can do this. It’s beautiful. It’s appropriate. It’s modern. It’s minimal.’ I look in the mirror, turn to Adam, and say, ‘It looks like my nipples are hard.’ He says, ‘You look beautiful. Your nipples look pointy. The red carpet’s about to close. We gotta go.’ “
The 31-year-old also admitted that she’s willing to take more risks with her street style, saying:
“I’m not very daring in my street style, usually because there’s a photographer around! I am getting more daring now├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥I’ll wear my mom jeans in public that haven’t been tailored ‘just so’ yet, just because they feel good. For a long time I was afraid of the harsh things people would say about me, but I might as well be happy.”
The best revelation, however, is the fact that she follows fashion bloggers and has a Pinterest board! She said:
“Leandra Medine from [the blog] Man Repeller. I feel empowered by her. Not just her humor; she reminds me of Diana Vreeland. She wants girls to dress for themselves, be goofy, awesome girls. I have a Pinterest board, which is called Closet Crush, and it’s just all her and Jane Birkin and a little Sophia Amoruso because I think she’s fabulous too.”
We are now officially on the hunt to find this Pinterest board!
