Sex & The City shippers, prepare to have your whole day ruined!
With all the teasing talk of a third SATC movie, an Aussie website interviewing Chris Noth, star of The Good Wife and Mr. Big himself, just had to ask about one of his best known roles.

We just hope Sarah Jessica Parker isn’t reading because what he had to say about Carrie Bradshaw was not very nice! He said:
“It’s funny, because even with The Good Wife people accuse me of always playing powerful men. But they’re flawed├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ Big was powerful because he had a lot of money and he seemed to have the upper hand in the relationship, but emotionally he was a wreck.
Actually, no: he was what he was. One of the things I tell people is that he never tried to pretend he was anything other than what he was. It was [Carrie] who tried to pretend he was something he wasn’t. He was always honest about himself├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ he never cheated on her. The relationship just didn’t work, and he went on to get married while she went on to… how many boyfriends did she have? She was such a whore! [laughs] There’s a misconception that Carrie was a victim of him, and that’s not the case├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥she was a strong, smart woman.”
WTF?? OK, sure, he laughed and followed up with a compliment, but a whore? Really??
Do we really need to point out how demeaning it is to call someone a whore for exploring her options?
Fear of being perceived as promiscuous is often the reason women settle for unhealthy relationships with jerks. Like that one guy from that TV show we loved…
