We’ve been following the story about Brittany Maynard and her decision to end her own life.
Well, it seems as though celebrities were also moved by her dignified death, because a bunch of them have been tweeting out their support since she died on Saturday.
Lisa Vanderpump, Caroline Manzo, and Lucy Hale are just a few of the stars who remembered Brittany on Twitter:

Brittany’s website even posted an entire obituary for the Death with Dignity advocate, ending with a very inspiring:
“It is people who pause to appreciate life and give thanks who are happiest. If we change our thoughts, we change our world! Love and peace to you all.”
