Have you heard about Devon Still and his incredible daughter Leah??
Leah has been battling Stage 4 neuroblastoma, a cancer that usually affects young children.
Their saga started when the Cincinnati Bengals cut Devon Still from their team. He just couldn’t give 110% with his daughter being so sick.
So the team did something incredible, they gave a sh*t and signed him to the practice squad so he could still collect a paycheck and afford his daughter’s treatments!
Devon finally got the chance to hit the field and play a real game… in front of his daughter!!

Leah was actually healthy enough to make it to the game and watch her dad get three tackles!
Best part? Between the first and second quarter the Bengals brought out a giant check and said the $1.3 million donation to Cincinnati’s Children’s Hospital and Medical Center was in Leah’s name!!
Talking about the whole game and everything, Devon said:
“I would describe it as an emotional roller coaster. Seeing my daughter in the pregame with all the excitement and then seeing her on the field receiving the check and just seeing the joy in her face, I was just so proud of the perseverance she showed to raise that money.”
The whole night was apparently an emotional, beautiful evening. At one point the whole crowd was chanting, “Leah, Leah!”
The Browns beat the Bengals that night but Brian Hoyer, the Browns QB, went out of his way to go hug Devon and tell him he respects him and is praying for his daughter.
That’s just so incredible! So glad to see the NFL doing something right for once!
