While there are a ton of signifiers for who had the best year in music, one of the easiest ways to tell is by concert tickets.
Plenty of artists took to the road in 2014, but only one act could land the top spot as the most money-making tour of the year!
So, between Katy Perry, One Direction, Beyoncé, and all of the other concerts out there, who made the most money?
One Direction of course!

The boy band made a staggering $290 Million with their Where We Are tour and are already poised to make even more in 2015 with there On The Road Again set!
Justin Timberlake, The Rolling Stones, Eagles, and Katy rounded out the top five, with Beyoncé clocking in at both Nos. 8 and 12; the former shared with hubby Jay Z.
We can’t wait to see who reigns supreme in 2015!
