Our hearts are broken for Neil Patrick Harris.
On Wednesday, the actor took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news that his grandmother, Martha Jeanne Harris, died at the age of 92.

Harris captioned his grandmother’s prayer card with the following message:
“My grandma passed away on Thursday night, services are today. Martha Jeanne Harris was 92, lived a long, lovely life. We shared a birthday, 6/15. She’ll be missed.”
Aw, we’re glad the dad of two will always have that special connection with his grandma!
Stay strong, Neil.
