Kelly Osbourne Makes A Fashion Statement ... Literally!

Kelly Osbourne made a fashion statement over the weekend at the 2015 Palm Springs White Party!
The fashion icon was crowned Queen of the White Party had a message for all her subjects.
Emblazoned on her white (duh) dress included positive messages like “inspire” and “be you.” A spiked tiara and face rhinestones made her sparkle even more.

Over the weekend, over 30,000 revelers attended the weekend dance festival, produced by Jeffrey Sanker. Jordin Sparks, Glee’s Alex Newell, Natalie LaRose and LeAnn Rimes all entertained the buff boys. Ch-ch-check out all the photos above!
