At the 2015 BET Awards, the Only rapper beat out Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Dej Loaf, Rae Sremmurd, and The Weeknd for the Coca-Cola Viewers Choice Award!

But when her name was announced, Nicki came out from backstage — after recently performing — with absolutely no clue what was happening!
As she was giving thanks for something, she stopped and asked:

“What was this award for? I’m sorry!”

We love the priceless response! Only Nicki could get that confused and make it totally adorable!
When fans filled her in, she had a good laugh up on stage. It was a flawless mistake and recovery!
