On Tuesday, collaborator and friend Wayne Coyne — lead singer of The Flaming Lips — announced on his Instagram that him and Miz Cyrus will perform nekkid!
Say what?!
But get this… the audience will also be in their birthday suits, and will be totally covered in milk!
The rocker posted the following pic teasing the bare performance!
