Scandal‘s Bellamy Young and Ed Weeks seemingly made their first red carpet debut as a couple on Sunday!
In fact, according to new reports, the sexy twosome were spotted getting all cozy and putting on the PDA at Elton John‘s Oscars viewing party.

The insider shared:
“Ed had his arm around her and was whispering in her ear and kissing her neck. They were very flirty and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It seems like a new love.”
