We believe Mariah Carey is making the right decision.
As we reported, the Infinity songstress is scheduled to perform on her birthday in Brussels, Belgium as part of her Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour.

However, because of the terror attacks that occurred on Tuesday, she was warned by her security team not to perform.
On Friday, the diva officially pulled the plug on Instagram.
She posted :
I love my fans in Brussels and at this time I am being advised to cancel my show for the safety of my fans, my band, crew and everyone involved with the tour.
