Don’t call her plus-size!
Amy Schumer is very displeased with Glamour magazine for including her alongside Adele, Ashley Graham, and Melissa McCarthy in a plus-size themed issue of the publication.

The Trainwreck actress made her distaste known on both Twitter and Instagram by blatantly calling out the mag:
“I go between a size 6 and an 8.@glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me.”
Her full post is below, and makes no bones about how the comedian feels.
I think there’s nothing wrong with being plus size. Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me. Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamourousA photo posted by @amyschumer on Apr 5, 2016 at 8:18am PDT
On Twitter, Amy asked her followers for their own thoughts on the matter and retweeted some of the responses (below):
Thanks @EliteDaily ! Just a little odd an unfair not to be told. https://t.co/wcuOzUUnct

I don’t think labels are the way to go. Singling women out for their size, and making a point about it is never glamorous @amyschumer

@amyschumer ‘plus size’ is just another way of splitting us into uniformed groups, putting a label on people’s appearance.

It’s true. We’re definitely a society that loves to label!
What are your thoughts on the matter, Perezcious readers?
